Cancellation & refunds
Plain numbers, no small print. Counsellors hold time for you, so notice matters.
If you cancel
- More than 12 hours before — 100% refunded, including GST.
- 12 to 4 hours before — 50% refunded.
- Under 4 hours, or you do not attend — no refund. Your counsellor has held that hour and cannot fill it.
If your counsellor cancels
You receive a full refund or a free reschedule with the same counsellor — whichever you prefer. If it happens inside 4 hours of the session, we also credit your next session by 25%.
If something goes wrong technically
If a verified fault on our side prevents the session from happening, it is refunded in full. Connectivity problems on your own network are not automatically refundable, but tell our care team — we look at these case by case and usually reschedule.
How to cancel
Open the session from My sessions and select Cancel. The refundable amount is shown before you confirm, so there are no surprises.
When the money arrives
Refunds are initiated immediately. UPI and wallet refunds usually land within 24 hours; card and net banking refunds take 5–7 working days depending on your bank. The GST component is refunded in the same transaction.
