Filter by concern, language, gender, experience and fee. Profiles show verified qualifications, therapeutic approach and reviews from clients who actually attended.

Pick a time
Availability is live, in half-hour slots across the working day. Same-day appointments are common — you are not joining a two-week waitlist.
- 03
Pay securely
UPI, cards, net banking, wallets and international cards. A GST invoice is issued the moment payment clears, and your slot is confirmed instantly.

Join the session
Open the link in your browser — nothing to install. HD video or audio-only if you prefer, with screen and file sharing when it helps.

Take the next step
Your counsellor may share a plan, exercises or follow-up notes. Everything stays in your account, visible only to you and them.

Rebook when you're ready
Continue with the same counsellor in one tap, or try someone new. There is no subscription and no minimum number of sessions.

How a counsellor gets on this platform
Roughly one in six applicants is approved. This is the part you never see, and it is the part that matters most.
Credentials and licence check
Degree certificates and RCI, MCI or Bar Council registration are verified directly against the issuing body — not taken on trust from a PDF.
Identity and background verification
Government ID, address verification and a criminal background check, refreshed every two years.
Clinical interview
A working session with our clinical lead covering ethics, risk assessment, boundaries and how they handle a client in crisis.
Common questions
Things people ask first
- How long is a session?
- Most sessions run 45 to 60 minutes depending on the counsellor. The exact duration is shown on every profile before you book.
- What if I need to cancel?
- Cancel free up to 12 hours before your session for a full refund. Between 12 and 4 hours, 50% is refunded. Inside 4 hours the fee is retained, as your counsellor has held the time.
- Is my session recorded?
- No. Nothing is recorded unless both you and your counsellor explicitly agree — and even then, only you can request a copy.
- Can I switch counsellors?
- Yes, at any point and without explaining why. If your first session was not the right fit, tell our care team and we will help you find someone better suited.
