We started Arogyaminds after watching how long it takes an ordinary person in India to reach a qualified counsellor — and how easy it is to reach an unqualified one.
The gap is not a shortage of professionals. It is that the good ones are hard to find, hard to verify, and often booked out weeks in advance — while search results are full of people with no registration at all.
So we built the boring parts properly. Every counsellor's registration is checked against the issuing council. Every review comes from a client with a completed, paid session. Every fee is shown with GST included before you commit. Availability is live, not a callback form.
What we do not do is get between you and your counsellor. We do not read notes, we do not score your progress, and we do not sell anything to your employer other than capacity.

Three things we do not compromise on
The client sets the pace
No packages to upsell, no minimum commitment, no nudges to book more than you need. If one session is enough, that is a good outcome.
Privacy is an engineering problem
Confidentiality is not a promise in a policy document — it is access controls, encryption, audit logs and suppression thresholds. We treat it that way.
Honest matching over fast matching
If a counsellor is not the right fit, we would rather they say so in session one than keep the booking. Switching is free and needs no explanation.
